    Forest Lake Tennis Club moved operations into their new club house facility, a new building built on the foundations of their existing club house.

    Half-Moon Outfitters opened for business in their new Columbia location. In a "green" signature move by Half-Moon, they renovated an empty commerical space, complete with a custom built "solar tree".

    Since designing solar houses (both active and passive solar systems) early in his professional career, Dick Lamar has continued his interest in energy conscious and green design and has gained credentials as a LEED AP.

    Molten/Lamar won an award from the City of Charleston for "Building within the Historic District" for the East Bay Townhouses, given in the city's inaugural Award for Design Excellence program.
