McGregor Office Building

The owner of a downtown office building was faced with having to market the building after a state agency vacated the space. Feeling the building was dated, the owner engaged Molten/Lamar to provide marketing images that would demonstrate to prospective tenants what was possible with renovation of the building. Molten/Lamar envisioned a new entry façade with an added entry tower, incorporating a needed organizing, reception space with new vertical circulation, public stair and elevator. The owner is using the developed ideas and images in current marketing efforts.
